Healing with Gratitude, Liberation, and Heart

Grounding and Introduction

Hello, Pialli, Hola! My name is Cierra and I am so grateful you’re here.

As a therapist, helper, and healer, my mission is to provide a brave and welcoming space for clients to embark on a journey towards self-awareness, recovery, healing, authenticity, and empowerment. Without judgment, I aim to help clients of all ages navigate the internal and external obstacles they face in achieving the authentic happiness, balance, and satisfying relationships they want in their lives. To do this work in a good way, anti-oppression and liberatory practices are foundational to our therapeutic relationship.

I strive to provide a non-stigmatizing, trauma-informed therapeutic experience. I do not see clients as broken, or something to be “fixed”. Instead, our purpose together is to co-construct meaning of your experiences and highlight opportunities for symptom relief, expansion, and healing. If you are looking for a collaborative and integrative approach to mental health that incorporates your embodied experience, creativity, resilience, and awareness of your larger societal context, you’ve found it.

  • Yoga therapy is a student-centered practice tailored to your unique needs in each moment. Led by a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), this approach considers specific physical or psychological conditions—or a combination of both—while addressing your holistic well-being. By working with the 5 Koshas (layers of being: body, breath, mind, wisdom, and spirit), yoga therapy integrates personalized tools to support healing and balance on every level.

  • Brainspotting is a powerful, focused mindfulness-based therapy that helps access, process, and release deeply rooted neurophysiological sources of emotional and physical distress. By targeting specific points in your visual field, Brainspotting taps into the brain's subcortex—where trauma and survival instincts are stored—facilitating profound healing and integration.

This approach uses techniques like bilateral sound and fixed eye positions to enhance focus and efficiency, while the therapist helps you connect with internal body resources to maintain a grounding emotional state. Over time, Brainspotting allows the brain to "unwire" trauma pathways, integrating them into long-term memory and reducing the hyper-arousal associated with past experiences.
